Hotel Services covers extra, chargeable services offered alongside a stay that aren't tied to a specific in-house business — airport pickup, guided tours, spa treatments booked ad hoc, extra bed rental, and similar add-ons.
1. Hotel Services
- Set up a service once with a name, description and price under Hotel Services.
- When a guest requests it, record a service charge against their booking — pick the service, adjust the price if needed, and link it to the guest's stay.
- The charge appears on the guest's final bill at check-out alongside room charges and any business purchases, and its income is recorded in Finance under its own transaction source.

Services can be marked active or inactive — deactivating one hides it from the picker for new charges without deleting the history of past charges already recorded against it.
